Buying furniture in the UK Has never been more difficult than now.

I’m sure most people have experienced the long waits for furniture, sofas and other imported items. We have seen some horrible stories in the news with customers left without their items during lock downs and not being able to get any seating at all!

We like to pride our selves as being an upfront and honest company. If there’s a long wait on your sofa delivery, you should know, if there isn’t then lets get that item dispatched and to you as quickly as you need! Many companies over the past 12 months have struggled so much with the importing issues and we agree, its not been easy, not knowing when your own stock is coming into the country can be very hard when trying to keep your customers at ease and up to date. We have set up a very simple way that we will conduct our business with your future orders. If its not in stock or soon to be in stock, its not listed.  Meaning for our imported items, if its not loaded into a ship already then it won’t be advertised. As soon as we have the go a head from our factories that it has been loaded, then we will advertise our item within a 2-4 week delivery time frame.

Our next stage is that 90% of our sofas are made here in the UK with a 2-3 week lead time, we do say to check with us first when ordering as our bespoke orders can be very large, as big as 9 seats on a corner sofa and this can tend to add a week on or so, its not very often but we would like to be upfront when placing your orders!
