Our main goal is to ensure delivery to you is as smooth, quick and as informative as possible. 

It’s important we ensure that our products are safely handled and delivered in perfect condition. To achieve this we use a 2 man delivery service  that covers all of England, Wales, and Scotland. 

Additional charges do apply to outer areas. These charges will be displayed upon checkout. We use two logistics companies. Both are in every area in the UK every 3-5 working days. Areas such as Scotland or kent could be slightly longer but we always say to contact us 

A huge selection of our products are made available for quick delivery within 5 – 10 working days. As an online business, stock counts can change instantly so we always say to check with us before ordering so we can advise you of a more accurate date or to ensure the time frame is accurate for when you order. We also design bespoke UK Made sofas. With these, the time frame on delivery can vary from 2-4 weeks.

There is something for everyone, choosing your frame, material, colour, and seating is the difficult part.

Once your order is placed, sit back and leave the rest to us. You will be updated at every stage of your starting right from your order confirmation to when your new item arrives.

As we have said we do use 2 different delivery companies and as much as the time frames are the same. The services are slightly different. We advise to expect either one when purchasing. 

We offer a tracked service. 

Once they have your item, you will receive an email and or text message if a mobile number has been provided.

They usually plan your delivery within 3 days of receiving your item. Once planned you will be informed of the day and a rough time slot. 

On the day you will have access to live tracking to see how far away the driver is from you. And you will also receive a 30 minute heads up when the driver is close by.

They will deliver your sofa into your ground floor room of choice. As we pay for delivery up until that point, some customers do require additional services such as assembly and or flights of stairs.

The Drivers charge on the day for the following

1 flight of stairs = £10

Assembly = £20

Our second delivery service

 Our second company is very similar, however you will not have access to a tracking service on the day.

Once they have planned your delivery they will call you and inform you of a 2-3 hour time slot. They can call the day before leaving you just 24 hours notice. They do however give you another heads up when the driver is 30 minutes

We understand you have to make arrangements so we will aim to be as flexible and give you as much notice as possible. 

A 3 hour time slot will be provided by our logistics company via telephone the afternoon prior to the delivery, if they cannot get through they will leave a voicemail and send a tx message. 

All we ask from you is to ensure we have the correct details for your order to prevent any issues on the delivery day, a landline and mobile or 2 mobile numbers will hopefully give us the best chance to deliver your items with no unnecessary issues or delays. 

On the delivery day, our drivers will contact you approximately 30 minutes before they arrive. The item will be delivered into your room of choice on the ground floor. The drivers will not unpack or assemble the items as it is not included within the free delivery, however, the drivers occasionally will accept a small fee of £20 to unpack the items if you are not in a position to do it yourself. 

Unfortunately, they cannot remove any packaging, if for any reason you wanted to return the items or exchange them, this can only happen if the items are in perfect condition and wrapped for protection in the original packaging.

Key points to your delivery:

• Delivery can be within 3 -25 working days depending on if it’s stock or made to order, please check before placing the order.

• Stock items normally 3-10 working days.

• All deliveries are done using a 2 man service.

• A time slot of 3 hours is provided the afternoon before via phone or email. If you are not available a voicemail and text message is left.

• Drivers will provide 30 mins notice before the delivery.

• The items are delivered into your room of choice on the ground floor.

Not the ground floor?

If there is a lift there is no charge but if the items need to go upstairs, please contact us and notify us which item you would like to order and the amount of flights of stairs so we can confirm it’s possible to deliver successfully and any additional charges. If delivery upstairs is approved, the drivers are to be paid via cash on the day.

We DO NOT cover any costs for this and if you do not inform us or refuse to pay the drivers on the day, the drivers may bring the items back on the delivery day.

There will be a charge of £80 for a failed delivery. The logistics company does not unpack and assemble the items. Assembly service can also be offered at a charge of £20 paid via cash to the drivers. Packaging will not be removed from the address under any circumstances.

A third-party logistics company is used and we do everything we can to ensure things run smoothly for each delivery.
