How long does it take for home delivery?

Delivery for our items really depends on the stock and the kind of item it is. If its a sofa that is in stock, it can be with you within a matter of days. We always urge customers to contact us prior to ordering as stocks numbers can change due to the sales online. Our average delivery dates are within 5-7 working days. For bespoke sofas it can be anything between 2-4 weeks depending on which items you choose. Our furniture side can be within 48 hours when stocks are high.

Can i collect?

You can most definetely collect however we do prefer to deliver the sofas to you, our drivers are well trained and experienced with transporting our larger items so we like to ensure a safe delivery into your home. However if you are after collection, just contact us to see if its possible for your item.

Do you deliver on the weekend?

Our delivery company deliveres 7 days a week however they are only in certain areas once a week and we cannot guarantee a weekend delivery will be available for you. We can organise this for you if needed however this service may cost more if a private courier is needed.

Are your deliveries tracked?

Most of our items offer tracking, live updates on the day and a 2-3 hour time slot. Our drivers also provide you with 30 minutes notice.

Do you offer much notice on delivery?

Our drivers offer you 30 minutes notice upon delivery.

Do you deliver to Scotland?

We do deliver to scotland however it is an additional cost so please contact us before ordering to ensure you are happy with the quotation.

Do you offer assembly?

Not everyone requires assembly however some people do, to ensure people who don’t need it are not paying for it, we charge £20 on the day for assembly, this goes straight to the drivers. .

ORDERS

Where is my order?

Depending on the item you have ordered depends on the delivery time frame. We try to let you know a rough time frame of delivery within 24-48 hours of your order. As our sales are online, stock status’s can change within minutes so we try to keep you updated as much as possible. You are more than welcome to contact us for an update on your order, however we always urge you to wait up to 48 hours from your purchase date for contact from us.

Can i have an update on my order status?

Of course, we usually contact you within 48 hours of your order, we understand ordering online, you may jump the gun and want to know a bit quicker, we may have an estimation for you but we do urge you to wait atleast 48 hours before contacting us.

How do i make a complaint?

It’s not very often we receive complaints however, all complaints are vital to your experience, if you feel there is something we can improve on, please contact us directly by email on help@ggsofas.co.uk and someone will respond within 24 hours Monday to Friday.

PAYMENTS

I'm new how do i order?

Ordering has never been easier, simply add your desired item to your cart / basket and follow the checkout instructions. Alternatively you can phone us and we can email you an invoice over to pay online. We do not take payments over the phone as we prefer to keep all payments through our secure payment system.

What cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, master cards, visa debit and visa credit.

Do your prices include VAT?

All our prices do include VAT.
